A new Ashdown Forest Youth Volunteer Group has been created for young people aged 12 and 17.

- Take part in practical conservation tasks
- Explore the Ashdown Forest with experts
- Learn more about wildlife surveys
- Gain future career experience
- Meet up with others who enjoy being outdoor
- Join discussions
No experience necessary. No cost for volunteering.
All tools and equipment will be provided. Training will be provided in tool use and the group will be supervised at all times by qualified staff.
Volunteering with this group could contribute toward your D of E award, scout / guide badges or school community service. The group will meet on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 12pm-3pm.
Sites may be on uneven ground and may be challenging for those with limited mobility.
Unfortunately, getting here by public transport if difficult, we encourage lift sharing where possible.
